Wyeast has an incredible selection of yeast for beer, wine, mead, cider, sake and more. We try to have a good selection of brewing strains onhand - usually a good all-purpose lager strain and an ale strain or two. We order from Wyeast every few months, so if we don't have the strain you're looking for, get on the email list and we'll make sure to alert you before our next order.
