Every autumn at Caribou Brewmasters, you have the opportunity to make fantastic wine, straight from grapes. The incredible flavour and aroma of these wines far surpasses any kit wine on the market today. 
The grapes are harvested for us in British Columbia as well as Washington and California. The crushing and de-stemming is done in the fields. After they send us the grapes, we press them and extract the juice right here in the shop. Then we ferment that juice into wonderful wine and begin the aging process for you.
All red fresh grape wines are barrel aged here at Caribou Brewmasters. This allows us to customize the amount of oak and vanillins to fully complement the wine.
Obviously, fresh grape wines have a longer production time and must be aged for a minimum of one or two years before they reach their potential perfection. But, they’re well worth the wait!
Grape availability changes from year to year but there are usually two whites and three reds on offer. So, drop by in September or just give us a call and learn about the current selection. We can only make so much so sign up soon. Your wine cellar will thank you.
