There are Orchard Breezin' Mist Wines; white, red and blush varietals blended with fruit juice resulting in a lighter, sweeter beverage that's great to drink straight, pour over ice, or cut with soda. These kits are actually manufactured by the same company that makes Arbor Mist commercial wines, so if you are curious about them, you could picl up a bottle of Arbor Mist as a trial... they are VERY similar.
Coolers and Ciders are another hugely popular item that we make down here at Caribou. We stock the full line of Vinoka all natural fruit extracts, which are the hands-down BEST beverage-industry fruit extracts available out there. Whether you ferment grape juice for a wine cooler, OR if it's apple juice to make a cider - Vinoka fruit extracts are what turns them into say, a "Wildberry Cooler" or a "Peach Cider" etc, etc. There are many to choose from, and you can even come up with your own custom blend of two flavours... for instance, a Raspberry-Pear cider is absolutely lovely! Even better, after choosing the fruit flavour, you can also customize the sweetness level for your Coolers and Ciders! Remember: any sugar that HAD existed in the grape or apple juice base has been fermented/converted to alcohol, and the Vinoka fruit extracts have no added sugars either - so if you blended in the extract and called it a day, you would have a VERY boring, flat-tasting drink. You need to add sugar to the mix to wake up the fruit and make it something you want to drink!This is the best part, because if you have a sweet-tooth you can ramp up the sugar, or if you like things dry & sassy, you can go with the bare minimum... just enough to perk up the flavour. Our default sweetness is what we call medium dry - this is normally a good couple of pegs drier than most commercial coolers & ciders, and that's why a lot of people prefer our coolers & ciders to the too-sweet, & oddly chemically-tasting commercial versions.
